I've been inspired by my cousin's wife. Who weighed over 200 lbs.... she's lost 73 pounds. just with diet and exercise... no fad diets, no crazy anything.... just eating healthier.
I'm so proud.
So as I trudge to the gym everyday I think of how much weight she's lost and her family for that matter. And I kick my butt to lose some myself.
However I've been working out, steadily for 4+ weeks now and have only seen my calves grow in side to the point my boots dont' fit anymore. :(
I'm eating healthier and cutting out all of my snacks... well most of them. I just hope I see the weight loss soon...
