No I haven't changed my diet that much, just added in healther stuffs and am eating smaller portions. I like what I eat and I refuse to be a slave to unsatisfactory food. The fact that NO exercise was involved the last oh 10 years of my life I figured ANY exercise would be good and I would start shedding SOME weight, I'd be happy with 2 pounds a month.
